We collect this information for one purpose: to run the email check you requested, send you the results, and follow up about our services.
If you choose to send us an email as part of your check, we receive the contents of that message and its technical headers. We use those headers only to evaluate how your email is being authenticated and delivered.

Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when you use the site. It may include your device's IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the date and time of your visit, how long you spend on those pages, and other diagnostic data.
2. Email Communications
If you contact us or request a check, we will email you. That includes your results, replies to your questions, and follow-up about our services.
Every marketing email we send includes a clear way to unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending marketing email to that address. We may still send you messages necessary to complete work you have hired us to do.
You can also reach us at any time to ask us to stop contacting you, using the details in the Contact section below.
3. Spam Protection (Google reCAPTCHA)
Our contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which helps us tell real visitors from automated submissions. To do this, reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and how you interact with the form, and sends it to Google for analysis.
Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not control what Google does with the information it collects through this service.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies on our website. A cookie is a small file placed on your device. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies or to tell you when one is being sent, though some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.
Cookies can be "persistent," meaning they stay on your device after you go offline, or "session," meaning they are deleted when you close your browser.
Where required by law, we use non-essential cookies only with your consent. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time through your browser settings or our cookie preferences tool where one is available. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of anything we did based on your consent before you withdrew it.
We use cookies for these purposes:
-
Necessary cookies. Session cookies, administered by us. These are required for the website to function and for you to use its features.
-
Consent cookies. Persistent cookies, administered by us. These record the cookie choices you have made so we can honor them on future visits.
-
Functionality cookies. Persistent cookies, administered by us. These remember choices you make so you do not have to re-enter preferences.
5. Analytics
We may use analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors find and use our website. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the approximate location suggested by your IP address, and the site or ad that brought you here.
This information helps us improve the site. We do not use it to identify you personally.
You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available from Google.
6. Advertising and Remarketing
We may advertise our services on Google and on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
Where we do, third-party vendors including Google show our ads on websites across the internet. These vendors use cookies and device identifiers based on your past visits to our website to decide which ads to show you. This practice is commonly called remarketing.
We may also use the Meta Pixel, a piece of code on our site that reports website activity to Meta. Meta uses this information to measure our ad performance and to show our ads to people who have visited our site.
We do not send your name, email address, or phone number to these advertising platforms through these tools.
How to opt out:
-
Google's Ads Settings, at adssettings.google.com, lets you control ad personalization.
-
The Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page lets you opt out of many third-party vendors at once.
-
Your Meta account's ad preferences let you control how your activity off Meta platforms is used.

8. Customer Lists We Handle for Clients
When a business hires us, they may provide us with their own customer list so we can clean it, verify it, and send campaigns on their behalf.
In that arrangement, the business is responsible for that data and we act only on their instructions. We use the list solely to perform the work we were hired to do. We do not add it to any list of our own, we do not use it to market our own services, and we do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone else.
We keep the list only as long as we need it to do the work, plus a short period afterward for support. When a client asks us to delete their list, we delete it.
Emails we send on a client's behalf are sent from the client's own email address, under their control, and every campaign includes a working unsubscribe link that we honor.
9. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
The periods below are maximums. We often delete or anonymize data sooner when it is no longer needed.
